Wow! I chose this place out of convenience but I'm pleasantly surprised at what I've stumbled upon! The salmon katzu was perfectly cripsy and the roasted chicken was so flavorful! We enjoyed the rice and the potato mac salad on the side. We came around closing time, and the guy serving us was so kind that he gave us a complementary piece of DELICIOUS chocolate bundt cake! Amazing food and amazing service! Definitely recommend

Food was great, we got the fried chicken breakfast. Owner was very nice and friendly towards our daughter. Very well priced compared to the tourist area

I'm not sure if this was my first or second time getting food from here. My coworker godfather picked up and dropped it off. I copied her and got salmon katsu and bbq rib combo with the and toss salad. I really liked the two choices I got. The food was excellent, very delicious, tender, and the meat fell off the bones. Maybe I'll try something different the next time I go with my husband. I shared with him and he liked the bbq ribs.

Came for a special Yelp dinner where we had a pre-set menu of their specialty items! It was a great introduction to their menu, including customer favorites like a basil and cheese-topped salmon that was perfectly cooked and prime rib slices that had me stuffing my face way more than I should have. I hear they do a fantastic breakfast too - but you’ll have to go early as they are a popular dining spot with the federal and state workers from th agencies nearby.

Opens at 6a! Perfect quick breakfast coming into town, parking right out the door. Quick service &food is fresh! The breakfast plate is what I got &it is worth it! Mahalo!

Phenomenal food and super friendly! We stopped in as tourists and I have to say it was the best meal we had on our trip! The test of a good steak is that it shouldn’t need anything added. And their steak passed with flying colors.

Service was fast and upbeat. The food was plentiful for what you're paying. The fried rice was spicy and salty, great for a hearty meal, not so great if you've got a history of high cholesterol. There were no veggies in it. The chicken wasn't seasoned much, fried with chicken broth sauce, still pretty good. For $6 you get fried rice, a meat choice and an egg. I'm not a treasure hunter but I can't find that in town anywhere. Would come back for a quick eat!

Best service, ever, food is amazing. And it’s not a mom n pop, it’s a pop, he runs the show so smoothly by himself in the mornings. Breakfast bento to go is the best deal on this island. The salmon katsu lunch plate on Monday Tuesdays is spectacular. His baked chicken is amazing. Everything is delicious.

Had a fantastic lunch here at noon. The whole spot is such a labor of love and testament to their family business. We tried two of their daily specials, their prime rib with chili and loaded baked potato, and a teriyaki salmon. We didn't get their potato-mac salad but we should have! The salmon was melt in your mouth divine and the perfect shoyu-sweet blend. Super 'ono au jus with the prime rib too. Also got to try their banana chocolate chip cake with cream cheese frosting, and a very tasty anko/red bean bar. The owner is so sweet and the staff are lovely and I'd be delighted to come back and try more specials and baked goodies! :)
